I like blackened red snapper. mix equal parts of black, red and white pepper. Roll snapper filet in it, cook in very hot iron skillet. Tasty. Enjoy with your favorite frosty brew!!! Hungfist ni hao Thanks, sure I will try it. Cheers.

Hungfist ni hao You cook a lot ? Cheers. I cook some - but only make a few things that are 'special' - most of the time its whatever I can make thats the fastest and healthiest and tastiest. I eat a lot of brown rice and vegtables - with different kinds of meat or chicken.

Hungfist ni hao Brown rice is better than white rice. They are more nutritious. But I can't eat if all brown, so I have to mixed (60 white and 40 brown) Cheers.
