Ha Ha Ha, Let me share my secret recipe :- Get car keys. Hop into car and drive at breaknecking speed. Reach favorite "Fish and Chips" foodshop in 5 mins that would take a commoner at least 20. Order and look "starving' to get faster service. If that don't work, issue verbal abuse....hehehehe Down food with ice-cold Tiger Beer. Now rub belly and think about saving the world.

Another must know secret recipe. Very good when it raining like crazy outside, which is like everyday this time of the year in Sarawak....... - Pick up phone. - Dail secret code # for Pizza Hut Delivery. - Ask for specials - you know the kind with all sorts of promotion freebies. Even toys are good - my dogs and cats love to massacre toys. Make sure order is big enough for all the little ones. If not, they will be all over you when you are munching down. - Wait patiently for 10 mins afterwhich pick up phone and expedite. Hungry man is a very angry man. I hear even KFC and McDonalds is offering home delivery...hmm.... Busy Kung Fu Grand Master like me got no time to cook. Wife is even worse. If she cooks, I get to wash up afterwards - doesn't sound like a appetizing deal.

Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhh - I am not lazy!!!
I don't like cooking - that's all.
My wife, on the other hand, likes to cook. But she cannot cook simple.
When she is in the kitchen, it's as if we are preparing 18-course reception dinner. Can you imagine the preparation and the pile of dishes afterwards.....
I am okay if we do this once a month or something. Kung Fu GrandMaster must spend many hours training secret deadly techniques, you understand?

i ate serogan as counter! hehehe
another lazy man's cuisine
pork leg bamboo shoot chopped soy sauce pepper and spices brown sugar or caramelized sugar corn starch pe chai
marinate your pork leg in soysauce for overnight(w garlic) the next day, prepare a couldron, put water then spices. then put it to aboil then put ur pork hook, then the bamboo shoot, bring them to a boil then simmer(low heat).put small porcelain sthingy so that the meat will become tender faster. or any small porcelain ware ill do. add sugar at this point,be care ful not to make it too sweet.the add a bit of soysauce being careful not to put too much bec the pork is already salty. after simeering for awhile, mix cornstarch and water then put it in the mixture so u will have a thick sauce...simmer still until pork is REALLY tender. then put in ur taiwan pe chai last.then simmer for 3-5 minutes...serve best put on top of white rice
