Da jia ni men hao If you are in a hurry, try this delicious stuff.
Pork/Beef/Fish balls. Put in the skewer and consume them as you eat satay. It's simple and handy. Cheers.

Arrrgh WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? All your so-called simple lazy-man recipes are anything but. Let me provide you with the real thing :- Put eggs in boiled hot water for about 2-3 minutes. Empty egg content into bowl and add pepper / soya sauce. Mix them lightly. Spread some garlic-spread on bread slices. Dip this into the egg and enjoy. Really "shiok". ;D ;D ;D

Tian Ma or “Heavenly Hemo”. Pharmaceutical name: Rhizoma Gastrodia Elatae
Properties: sweet, slightly warm. Channels entered: liver.
1) Pacifies the Liver and extinguishes Wind, 2) Extinguishes Wind and alleviates pain, 3) Sdisperses painful obstructions.
Toxicity: only with intravenous injection with high dosis.
Normal dosage: 3 to 9 gram.
I have two huge Volumes of Materia Medica from which I extracted this information.
Nothingness, I don’t see any reason in leaving the Rhizoma for several months immersed with Honey?
I studied the major combinations chapter of Gastrodia, in none is mentioned that there is a mix. This is all I can extract from the two most important Materia Medica’s. Hope this help a bit?
Warm regards,
Evert.

My mom gave me tien ma and told me to immerse it with honey. I am supposed to take it whenever I feel too tired of studying or training. I am just wondering what it is. Thanks for the info.

Da jia ni men hao Come on boys, are we presenting "LAZY MAN'S MENU" here? Please tell me your gourment menu. Cheers. I like blackened red snapper. mix equal parts of black, red and white pepper. Roll snapper filet in it, cook in very hot iron skillet. Tasty. Enjoy with your favorite frosty brew!!!
