Hi everyone, Da Jie Hao, My contribution :- Red dates and dried "longan". Boil to extract essence and then add a bit of rock sugar to sweeten. Good for breathing and chi. Taste good also. If you are too lazy to DIY, just pop into any food mart and buy ready made "Yeo Hiap Seng" longan drink.

Dang Gui [Tang Kuei],
Male should not use this Herb, unless there is a blood deficientie (problem). Although it is rather a Black/ white statement [but helps], the Gui Wei is more for male/ man. Gui Wei is the tail of Dang Gui.
If you have doubts, then ask the herbalist, he can investigate your problem and see if you have any serious Internal problem.
In Die Da ke, external applications - you use ONLY Gui Wei.
