This seems to be the appropriate place to promote my website . www.shaolim.tkThat’s ‘Simon’s Martial Art Website’. Here I share what I know about (south) Shaolin, show some pics of myself doing some kind of kungfu stuff … I also try to be philosophical about some aspects of martial art training. I’m also the webmaster for the Sek Koh Sam tribute site: www.sekkohsam.tkOn it you can read about Sek Koh Sam’s life and martial art. You can also find links and info on schools descending from Sek Koh Sam’s teachings. Anyone that is interested in Sao Lim Kung Fu in the Netherlands (and also reads Dutch …) please visit: www.saolim.nlI made that website for my Sao Lim brother Hassan Manaa who has a school in Holland. Another (link) website that I’m responsible for: www.shaolin.verzamelgids.nl/on it again many links about Sek Koh Sam. But it also contains many other Shaolin schools: any school that is rooted in Shaolin is welcomed to post it’s link there. Best wishes, Simon

Simon,
With great enthousiasm I read about Venerable Sek Koh Sam's heritage. Amazing what this man accomplished. And it's very interesting how his arts branched out and developed.
A list of all Shaolin hand forms contained in the Shaolinsi Wushu Baike Quanshu (Complete Encyclopedia of Shaolin Temple Martial Arts), volume 2, compiled by the monk Deqian list those sets of Sek Koh Sam's Shaolin next to Southern Shaolin Hung Gar's two forms. Awsome!
Southern Shaolin Boxing: “Gong” Character Crouching Tiger Boxing (Gongzi fuhe quan) Tiger and Crane Boxing (Huhe quan) One Branch Plum Flower Boxing (Yizhi meihua quan) Arhat’s Joyous/Angry Boxing (Luohan xinu quan)
Respect.
