Sweet Huleijia. As an internalist, what's your opinion on this? I can't see it clearly, does she tense her muscles at the end the hard movements?

can anybody tell me the obvious and not so obvious benefits if i studied tai chi to complement my NCK?

For the most part, the moves are good. Lao Jia Yi Lu is soft and continuous. There is hardness in gentleness. (Ruo Zhong Yu Gong). Lao Jia Er Lu is puncutated with hard moves and stops. There is gentleness in hardness. (Gong Zhong Yu Ruo). There are also sword and broad sword play. Thunder form. (Hu Lei Jia). And Chan Si (silk reeling) practice.
