San Ti Shi or 3 body posture.
You start with a right Zuan fist up and forward in front of your nose. The left fist is guarding near the right elbow. You then move your left foot forward and open both fists and turn around the palms to face downward and forward. The left palm moves forward to push while the right palm retracts to be near the waist.
You then maintain the posture. The nose, the tip of the left palm and the left forward foot are alinged. (San Jian Xiang Zhau)
How do you practice?
This is the basic stance for Xing Yi.
