Pi: The Jin travels from the top downward.
Beng: The Jin travels from the rear forward.
Zuan: The Jin travels from below upward.
Pao: The Jin travels from the rear forward.
Heng: The Jin travels from left to right or right to left laterally.
Each may be used to counter the other.

As a NCK practicioner, I am naturally more interested with beng quan . I am really interested in finding any resources on "The half step that can crush anything under the heaven." I think it was Guo Yun Shen.
