These are very informative; much superior discussions compared to "my-style-will-kick-your-style's-butt" discussions. Hi nothingness, Are you talking about the White Crane kick here hehehe?? No, not interested in kicking butt; more kicking "family's jewels"... Superior discussions? Getting there my friend, getting there. We are just touching hands - the "scrapping, shocking, breaking and destroying" would be following. Like we say in Chinese; "The good show is at the back". First, I'll like to throw some empty C cans at that MJ lover ,Ms. Suhana.....hahahahaha ;D ;D ;D

At the end, all is nothing.
So, might as well just cross the hands and get some drink.
See how your method is also superior? ;D

Da jia ni men hao In my bukoan, we do not using the belt system. I would like to hear your valuable opinions and experiences on this issue. TIA. Cheers. The belt system was and is still being use by Japanese martial artist and it was basically for ranking purposes with honor and respect. In the west it became a commercial-marketing tool.

okay, here's a slight deviation (from the topic) in Japanese Karate, any Black Belt, who is instructing on the floor is called Sensei. In Gung-Fu, only Sifu is Sifu, therefore in order to give recognition to those senior students who have achieved Black Belt level statud, many schools have opted for reserving the term Si-Hing,Si-Jei as "titles" for recognition. This is ok in one sense, but in many schools, it has gotten totally out of control. I heard a person telling someone else at a tournament,"I'm a Si-Suk now!" Yikes! Pretty soon, there will be all sorts of "si's" running around. Siu later! -Rik
