Do you mind explain about "nature" thing.----- drink when thirst, eat when hungry. rest when tire. and BTW dont stop breathing, tensing up, before you strike or fajing.....that is not nature. I think you will find this place a bit more hospitable than the last.----- My problem is I get people upset. So no matter where I go people is not that hospitable. So, that is my problem and not others. BTW. your discussion of shift has no reallife meaning ( is it a handcaft? )

EAT WHILE YOU ARE SLEEPY, SO YOU WON'T FALL ASLEEP." In regards of hospitable or less hospitable place, if I may give my humble words, the Buddha is quoted as saying: "OUR LIFE IS SHAPED BY OUR MIND." Once again, nice to know you Cheers.

Hendrik ni hao My sifu, Master Tjhie/Chee is residing in Jakarta. Like any other skill, we have to practise them all the time, don't we? Otherwise, our joints, bones and muscles become stiff Cheers.
