Yes, there are documented cases of people dying of heart failure resulting from eating too much durian. Mangosteen is supposed to be eaten afterwards to deal with the 'heat' of the durian. Dragon fruit is nice. It reminds me a lot of kiwifruit. lol it actually reminds me of a giant kiwi fruit too lol

Good day Suhana.
I believe the rambutan and buah duku share the same yin yang relationship as durian and mangosteen no?
Warmest regards, Tze Hou

Tze hou ni hao Yes. See how deep the YIN YANG principle in Chinese culture. Even the things that we consume, we can describe them as yin or yang group. I can get rambutan here, but not duku. The other fruit that I can't get is sawo. Cheers.

But the most dangerous side effect is the weakness in your erection So don't consume too much young bamboo shoot, papaya, watermelon, and other yin food (especially fruit). Cheers.

Pitbull ni hao PAPAYA is cold, but it supports the spleen and stomach and improves digestion. Not only that, it also clears heat, stops coughing, eases rheumatism, alleviates thirst, dries damp, eases difficult defecation and promote urination. COCONUT is sweet and strengthening and builds yin. It can clears wind and summer heat and counteracts weakness, dampness and noseblood. But please not consume too much Papaya, especially if you want to have your honeymoon soon, you know why Cheers.
