Da jia ni men hao Sun Si Miao (581-682 AD), well renowned as a herbalist and in China known as "YAO WANG" or "KING OF MEDICINE." His famous texts are "Prescriptions worth a thousand ounces of gold" and "Wings to prescriptions worth a thousand ounces of gold." Below is one of the prescription, taken from his manuscript (Prescription worth a thousand ounces of gold): When a man in his youth, he does not usually understand Dao. If he does hear of Dao, he is not likely to believe fully or practice it. However, when he reaches vulnerable old age, he will realize the significance of Dao. Then it is too late, for he has lost most of the vitality necessary to cultivate Dao. Cheers.

Da jia ni men hao
Here is another saying by "Yao Wang" Sun Si Miao:
"A truly good physician first finds out the cause of the ilness, and having found that, he first tries to cure it by food. Only when food fails does he prescribe medication."
Cheers.
