No, don't miss the laksa and kolo mee because my mother makes it for me when I ask her to I have never had the pleasure of working out with anyone from the other lineages, but from what I have seen of video footage yes, our lineage practices our Ngor Chor a bit softer than the others. I believe that is because our Sigung trained in several other arts before settling on Ngor Chor, and those arts influenced his Ngor Chor. So the principles are the same, just the execution is different. Fatman (joedoa) ni hao Don't make the difference seperate us. Lineages, hard or and soft are something that should enrich and make NCK special. It's like Yin and Yang complement each other and give birth to Taiji. Cheers.

I am not so much concerned with history from the point of view of lineage, more a question ofexamining the differences and maybe trying to understand why there is a difference. As far as practising the art and the brotherhood of NCK, the history does not come into it.

Instead, NCK has thickened my waistline . It has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I eat too much The image of a man wearing tight fitting jeans is one that I am trying to avoid

Suhana Lim ni hao. I am not so much concerned with history from the point of view of lineage, more a question ofexamining the differences and maybe trying to understand why there is a difference. As far as practising the art and the brotherhood of NCK, the history does not come into it. Fatman ni hao The answer to your curiosity why there is a difference is simple and easy. Just observe in the family, among brothers or sisters they are also not the same (characters and the way doing things). And yet they are from the same parent. Cheers.
