the chinna clip is of a workshop i gave in holland 2002 i slowed down the demo and I narrate as to explain while I do actions... This was after the workshop was over and I demo some movements off the top of my head....
According to Mike, these are just control and throw/takedown. No finishing move was shown as he was not familiar with the group. It is safer for both sides. This is for introduction purposes.
Here's the clip:

Rob,
here ya go..
i made this for you guys today... Just me fooling around for you guys, so go easy on me........
I tried to show a few ideas from tanglang and other styles I do... it is on the softer internal side, I wanted to contrast and show some ideas that stick and flow....
what I show is not basic as what most people are use too.... Static techniques or singular locks.... He is right and I presummed people have seen more complex and flowing ideas but yet basics like what I show... but after rethinking what he wrote I feel important to expalin why I call basic... In fact what I show is not from qin na fa... But from teachers family style of reacton sticking locking and manipulation.. It is based on Internal skill, Ting Jing, Bia He and Yue Jia San Shou... this kind of practice is basic for the style he teaches and his ideas have transformed into me the same way...
