I am starting to eat more ginger & hot spicy stuff too which I think is helping thanks to you guys. I'm hoping I'll be able to keep on training till I reach 50 then after that I'll slowly slow down & hope that Bryan my son can carry on.

Look at Ah teck, he is in his 60s and still tough like a bull. His San Chiem is still a killer. Have you thought of starting "softer" like Tai Chi, Pak Kua etc...... Balancing the hard and soft? I find doing my White Crane, which is much softer that Tai Chor, a good way of keeping the body supple. Even something like Chi Qung or Hua Tuo 5 animals play should do you some good. And massage, my friend. No matter how packed my schedule, I'll find time for at least a 1hr session a week. Good solid old-fashioned Thai massage - really work all the muscles, tendons and joints.

Da jia ni men hao In the Far East, massage maybe easier and much cheaper. And of course you won't find any problem finding the qualified person for that. But a bit different in the Western society. Some of my suhengs already in their late 60, but they are still as strong as bulls. It's your life style and what you consume is important. Cheers.

Actually I do softer forms to help balance my muscle out but I use the same forms only in a slower pace then once I'm warm up I start picking up the pace & before I know it I' m doing full speed

Cheers.
