I had a brief experience with BaJi-Kai-Yu taught a one day seminar in NY-I loved the power-everything inch-inch elbow, inch hip, inch shoulder, beautiful. The main problem was that it was on a concrete floor, and by the end of the seminar, I had the worst shin splints/possibly a stress fracture-lasted weeks. I suppose a dirt floor would be best. But it really opened up some doors of perception for me.
I have a tape of Adam Hsu doing it, and I have to say it looks very different. How many styles/lineages are there of BaJi?
